CAPTURE THE WHOLE JOB Record measurements, model and serial numbers, lineset condition, electrical details, and photos of the existing system. Everything stays attached to the customer record. SIGN AND SEND Collect a signature on the iPad and email the executed proposal from the rep's own address. The office sees what went out and when. ONE CATALOG FOR THE WHOLE TEAM Equipment, pricing, install kits, and financing are managed centrally. Every rep quotes from the same numbers.
