TRAVEL, PIPE CUT, SETBACK, CUT ANGLE, INSIDE ARC and OUTSIDE ARC out. Rolling (compound) offset Set and roll across two planes. True offset, travel and pipe cut, with the derivation shown. Lateral branch Fishmouth ordinates for a branch meeting a header at any angle from 30 to 90 degrees. Saddle branch Ordinates for a square 90 degree branch. The lateral tool reproduces this exactly at 90. Trunnion / dummy leg Ordinates for a support landing on the back of an elbow, checked against published cutback data. Equal-spread offsets Stagger a bank of two to four parallel lines so the spacing stays even through the offset. Flange two-holing Bolt hole layout straddling the centreline, to ASME B16.5. ELBOW ANGLES Presets for 45, 22.5, 11.25, 30 and 60 degrees plus custom, with the run derived for you. PIPE DATA, BUILT IN NPS 1/2" through 40". Schedules STD, XS, XXS, SCH 40 and SCH 80. Long and short radius elbows. Wall thickness to ASME B36.10M, elbow geometry to B16.9, flanges to B16.5. Where a schedule is not standard for a given size, the app says so rather than guessing. CUT LIST AND WELD GAP When the pipe cut exceeds stock length, the app works out the sticks and generates a cut list, deducting your root gap per joint across elbow welds and field welds. Set stock length to match your region: 6 m, 20 ft, 24 ft, 40 ft or custom. SPOOL WEIGHT Pipe, both elbows and the weld beads, totalled — so you know what you are lifting before it is on the strop. DRAWINGS A CAD-style diagram for every tool, with dimension callouts and weld markers. Pinch to zoom and pan. Legible in light and dark. TRADE INDEX A built-in reference covering fabrication, geometry, measurement and pipe sizing terms. ALSO Save and load named spools. Switch between millimetres and inches with one tap. Screen-stays-on mode for when your hands are full. Bigger type and glove-sized targets throughout. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Calculations work without a network connection and stay on your device.
