You already know you want to pop it. Pimple Popper Pro is a pimple popping clinic simulator where you work your way up from a dingy strip mall to Beverly Hills, one gross patient at a time. Each pimple type plays differently. Whiteheads you squeeze inward until they burst. Blackheads you drag outward to pull the plug out whole (2x pay). Ingrown hairs need a sideways tease before you yank them free. Cysts push back and reseal between presses, so you have to break through multiple layers to finish the job (3x pay). And every 5th wave you face The Deep One, a massive boss that fights back hard. In Career Mode you run a real clinic. You earn money per pop, build combos, and keep your star rating above the Health Inspector's minimum. Too many uncontrolled bleeds and the doors close for good. Pick from 10 starting perks before each run, collect 33 upgrades between patients, and build your reputation across 4 clinic tiers. Endless Mode is the opposite of careful. Waves get faster and more crowded. Every bleed costs stars. Running low on time costs stars. No story, no rent, no second chances. Just how many waves can you survive. 74 patients with names, backstories and their own dialogue. Procedural sound design. Haptic feedback on every pop and squeeze. Portrait-locked for one-handed play.
