PILX is a cloud service for automating the collection of primary documents and preparation of advance reports. The innovativeness of the solution is represented by the presence of a mobile application and a Web interface that allows employees to instantly scan and save checks, as well as receive online checks directly from the Federal Tax Service by phone number and e-mail, upload documents immediately after receiving them and categorize expenses, and draw up various types of reports directly from your mobile phone. Accountants receive a convenient tool for managing advance reports with the ability to view, approve and return reports to employees for revision, allowing them to get rid of paperwork, verify the authenticity of checks, and reduce the risk of employee errors or loss of supporting documents. Direct integration with the Federal Tax Service allows users to completely abandon the storage and accounting of paper checks, because electronic copies of receipts uploaded to PILX are equivalent to official documents. Integration with the largest Russian accounting system - 1C - coupled with automation of the collection of primary documents can reduce the time spent by accountants on preparing expense reports by 80%.
