PUBLIC MAP, OPEN TO ALL Any resident can open the app and immediately see, on an interactive map, all the needs already reported in their area—with photo, category, address, and current status. No account creation or login is required: it's a transparency and consultation tool open to the community. CLEAR STATUS TRACKING Each reported need goes through clear statuses: Pending, Under Evaluation, In Process, and Completed—so residents know exactly what stage each request is at, without having to complete any paperwork. RECORD BY THE FIELD TEAM The field team responsible for documenting each need (exact location, photo, and description) ensures verified and reliable information in every report. WORKS OFFLINE The information syncs automatically as soon as there is an internet connection, so the map is always up to date. Pier Apian aims to bring municipal management closer to the citizens, providing real and verifiable visibility into the needs of the Comas district.
