PICOS Pocket is an instant terminology assistant for legal interpreters working between English and Spanish. Say a term or type it, and the equivalent appears in large type and is spoken aloud. It comes with a legal glossary of over 3,000+ English–Spanish term pairs covering different law domains. SPEAK TO SEARCH TERMS Tap the microphone and say a term in English or Spanish. The result appears the moment you finish speaking. You can always type instead. SPOKEN RESULTS Results are read aloud in the other language so you can keep your eyes on your work. Auto-speak can be turned off in Settings DOMAIN-AWARE RESULTS The same English term can have different Spanish equivalents in different areas of law. When it does, PICOS Pocket shows the main equivalent large, with the other contexts right below it. Choose your legal domain (criminal, civil, family or global for other domains) and the equivalent that fits comes up first. YOUR OWN GLOSSARY Add your own terms, edit any entry, and filter to just your additions. Bring in a glossary from a simple two-column spreadsheet, or save yours as a file at any time. . NO SIGN UP The whole app works on your device. The app has no accounts, no ads, and no need to sign up.
