Piatto is the food ordering app that remembers who you are — so you never have to repeat yourself. Set your accessibility requirements, dietary needs, and preferences once. They travel with you to every café and restaurant, automatically. No explaining at the door. No reciting allergies to a new server every time. No wondering whether a venue can accommodate you. Just open the app, browse, and order. HOW IT WORKS Browse nearby cafés and restaurants, explore their menus, and pre-select what you’d like to order — all before you arrive. Choose how your order is submitted: • Submit Upon Approach — Your order is sent automatically when you reach a set distance from the venue (200m by default, or choose your own). Ideal if you’d like your food ready when you walk in, or if getting to the counter is difficult. • Submit Once Seated — Pre-select your items, then scan the venue’s QR code when you’re ready. Your order goes to the kitchen along with your accessibility profile, so the venue knows exactly how to serve you. • Reservation — Book ahead for a future date, with your accessibility needs communicated to the venue before you arrive. BUILT FOR EVERYONE Piatto was designed from the ground up for people whose needs are often overlooked by ordering apps. Wheelchair users whose order and mobility needs reach the venue before they do. People with vision impairment who need screen-reader-friendly menus. Customers with severe allergies whose dietary restrictions are flagged in the kitchen automatically.
