PhotoDocu ist eine App zum Erfassen von Fotos während einer Objektbegehung im Rahmen einer Immobilienbewertung mit RealValues. Während einer Objektbegehung wird der Zustand des Objektes (der Immobilie) mit Hilfe von Fotos festgehalten. Die App bietet vordefinierte Sets an Fotoplatzhaltern inkl. Beschriftung und unterstützt somit den Anwender bei einer strukturierten fotografischen Dokumentation einer Immobilie. Nachdem die Fotos auf den RealValues-Server hochgeladen wurden, werden sie auf dem Server automatisch in die entsprechenden Ordner des Auftrages abgelegt. Außerdem kann der Anwender schon in der App entscheiden, welches der Fotos in das Gutachten automatisch übernommen werden sollen.
