Register using your email address and mobile phone number. 2. Browse the list of available veterinarians and choose one based on their species expertise. (You can view each veterinarian’s name, location, and area of experience.) 3. Upload your animal’s details. 4. Describe the issue and include any relevant photos or videos. 5. Confirm your consultation and enter your credit card details. 6. Your selected vet will review and accept your request, and you’ll receive a notification. (Ensure notifications are enabled in your phone’s settings.) 7. The consultation may begin with a chat to collect more details before transitioning to a phone or video call, as needed. 8. After the consultation, the veterinarian will provide closing notes through the app's chat function. 9. Finally, rate the session to give feedback to both the vet and Phone A Vet.
