You're at work and you honestly can't remember if anyone fed the cat this morning. Or you're standing in the pet food aisle with no idea whether you've got three days of kibble left or three weeks. Or you're leaving for the weekend and trying to explain, over text, exactly which pill goes with breakfast and which one doesn't. PetKeeper exists for that stuff — the small, easy-to-forget, actually-important parts of taking care of an animal. Every feeding, walk, water intake, dose, and weigh-in gets logged in a couple of taps, right from your Home Screen widget if you want. If more than one person looks after your pet, everyone sees the same log, and every entry says who did it and when — no more "wait, did you feed her, or did I?" The food inventory is the part people tend to say they didn't expect to love. Tell PetKeeper how much food you've got and roughly how much your pet eats a day, and it keeps a running countdown — and quietly reminds you to reorder before you actually run out, recalculating every time a new bag or can gets logged. Then there's the part almost nobody else does: handing your pet off to someone else without handing over your whole account. When you need a sitter, you build a pass — pick the pets, decide exactly what they're allowed to see and log, set how long it lasts, and send it as a QR code or a link. They scan it, get exactly that access, and it switches itself off the moment it expires. Nothing to remember to revoke, no lingering access three months later. If it's someone you use again, save them as a sitter profile so you're not rebuilding the permissions every time. Vet visits, vaccination history, and any paperwork you want to keep get filed under each pet, and you can scan documents straight in with your camera instead of photographing them badly. A few gentle, rule-based nudges point out things worth a second look — a vaccination coming due, a medication course about to run out, a check-up that's been put off longer than it should've been. Everything syncs privately through your own iCloud account, so it's just there on whichever of your devices you pick up. You can track one pet, log meals, water, walks, and weight, keep one medication schedule and one vet contact, and see a week of history — free, no subscription needed. PetKeeper Premium adds more pets, the food countdown, the full calendar, vaccination and document records, health nudges, sitter passes, and your full history. Subscription price, billing period, and any trial terms are shown in the app and in your App Store purchase confirmation before you're charged. Payment is billed to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
