You walked the dog the full half hour. You sent the owner a photo from the sidewalk. Three weeks later they ask, politely, whether you came out on the Thursday — and all you have is a picture buried in a text thread with no time on it and no place. Sitters who book their own clients lose repeat work for exactly this reason. The work is the same. The paper trail isn't. Pet Sitter Reports gives every visit a record you can hand to the client. HOW IT WORKS Open Today and tap the visit. Tap Check In at the door — the app takes a GPS fix and a timestamp, and shows you the pin on a map so you can see it landed. During the visit, attach the photos you took and type a line about how it went. Tap Complete Visit. The report builds itself: your monogram, the pet's name set large, the photos in a grid, your note, and the check-in map with the time it was recorded. Share it from the standard share sheet as an image — Messages, Mail, wherever you already talk to that client. Every report stays in your library. When bookings go quiet, reopen a good one from last spring and send it to someone you're pitching. The reports you have already written are the portfolio. Three tabs: Today, Reports, Settings. There is no fourth. WHAT'S IN IT • GPS check-in, with a map snippet confirming the location was captured • A check-out time recorded when you complete the visit • Photos attached from your library — shoot them with Camera during the visit, then pick them here • A free-text note on every visit • A report card with the pet's name, a photo grid, your note, and a verified check-in badge • Share the card as an image file — your client gets a picture, not a login • A chronological library of every report, reopenable and re-shareable any time • Add a visit yourself: pet, client, start time, duration • Sample data you load with one tap and remove just as cleanly, so you can try the app without inventing fake clients • Delete Account in Settings, which erases everything the app has stored ON DEVICE, AND THAT'S ALL Everything is stored on your iPhone. There is no account to create, no server holding your clients' names, no analytics, no tracking, and nothing shared with anyone else. Map images come from Apple Maps and need a connection; the rest works without one. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • No client login and no separate app for the owner — you send them a file • No invoicing, payments, or pricing • No calendar sync or booking management • No route tracking: a check-in point and a check-out time, not a walked path • No sync between devices and no cloud backup Built for independent sitters and dog walkers working on their own.
