Filter data between different dates using two date selectors. Add information for multiple pets, including photos, gender, species, breed, color, date of birth, weight, and other basic data. Record pet medical visits or consultation information for any time period, including diagnosis results, treatment plans, attending veterinarian, and consultation location. Record lists of prescription medications for pets over any time period, including drug indications, side effects, start date, dosage, and frequency of administration. Record pet allergy information over any time period, including allergy symptoms, causes, affected areas, timing of allergies, and treatment plans for allergy symptoms. Record pet vaccinations over any time period, including approximate timeframe, vaccine name, vaccine price, and detailed notes. Record pet surgeries over any time period, including type of surgery, hospital name, surgery cost, pre-surgery photos, post-surgery photos, and detailed notes. iCloud synchronization and backup. Password protect your data; you can add, edit, verify, and remove passwords. Data is stored on your device and can be used without an internet connection. Export CSV data between two dates, including: All diagnoses, medical visits, allergies, medications, vaccinations, surgical records, and other data. You can choose to provide this information to your veterinarian for reference.
