Built for the people on the warehouse floor, it turns the tasks you do every day — checking stock, receiving orders, counting shelves — into a few taps on your phone. SCAN ANYTHING Point the camera at a lot label, a manufacturer GS1 barcode, an NDC or a bin code and land straight on the right lot, item or location. No typing, no guessing. FIND STOCK FAST Search by item, manufacturer or lot number. Filter to what matters right now: expiring soon, expired, quarantined, or controlled substances only. RECEIVE ORDERS LINE BY LINE Open a purchase order, scan each pack, confirm lot, expiry and package count, and complete receiving with a full audit trail. COUNT WITH CONFIDENCE Run cycle counts by scanning your way across a shelf. Discrepancies are flagged for review before they touch your stock levels. STAY AHEAD OF EXPIRY The home screen shows expired, expiring and quarantined lots at a glance, plus inventory health for the whole organization. MULTI-SITE READY Switch between the organizations you belong to without signing out. PersonalMed Supply is the mobile companion to the PersonalMed Supply web platform. A PersonalMed Supply account is required; contact your organization administrator for access.
