It brings a rep's entire day in the market into one place — attendance, journey plans, store visits, orders and stock, AI-assisted shelf scoring, targets and team performance. Photograph the shelf and get AI-assisted Perfect Store scoring on facings, adjacency and eye-level placement, within seconds of capture. Disagree with a result? Raise a challenge against any option before you submit, with your own remarks attached. Track your targets and month-to-date achievement across volume, market share, product distribution and execution. FOR SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS Review team performance against the four weighted parameters that drive incentive: volume, market share, product distribution and execution. Approve or reject journey-plan change requests raised by your team, with reasons recorded on both sides. Compare performance across your region on the leaderboard. Drill into any team member's numbers, down to the individual outlet and the individual visit. See today's team activity at a glance: who has marked attendance, who is in the market, and what has been completed. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Works offline once your data has synced. Attendance, visits, stock counts and orders captured without a signal are queued and uploaded automatically when you are back online. Camera-first shelf capture, designed for speed in a busy store. Location is used only to confirm you are at the store when you check in and check out. Perfect Call never tracks your location in the background.
