This application is an independent tool developed by a third party and is not affiliated with, endorsed, authorized, or approved by any government, governmental entity, or official institution. The catalogs are obtained from the official government source: - https://wwwmat.sat.gob.mx/consultas/35025/formato-de-factura-electronica-(anexo-20) - http://omawww.sat.gob.mx/tramitesyservicios/Paginas/anexo_20.htm Features: - Local, offline, instant, and anonymous catalog search. - Contains an index to expedite searches using keywords and codes for over 52,000 Products and Services, and over 2,000 Units, among others. - Includes the following catalogs that can be incorporated into a CFDI (Mexican electronic invoice): Products and Services, Units, Countries, Currencies, Exports, Months, Frequency, Relationship Types, Invoice Types, CFDI Uses, Payment Methods, Payment Forms, States, Taxable Items, and Tax Regimes. - Updated to include the terms for CFDI version 4.0. - For products and services, searches can be performed by code, any word from the name, or any word from the alternative terms collected by the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service) to describe the product or activity. - For units, searches can be performed using the unit code, any keyword from the name, or any keyword from the description, if available. - It performs a prefix search for each word or number. This means you don't need to enter the entire word or code you're looking for; simply specifying the first few characters or digits is enough to obtain potential results. - You can further refine your search by adding more words to the same search bar. For example, if you want to search for internet cafes, you can include the terms "cafe" and "computer," which will lead you to the result "81112401 - Computer hardware rental." How does it help? This application helps streamline the creation, reading, and interpretation of invoices or Digital Tax Receipts (CFDI) in version 4.0. How does it work? The application contains a search index on your device that links each code to its corresponding description and relevant additional information. To search, simply select the category, Products and Services or Units, and start typing in the text box. How can I use the application to create an invoice? To create an invoice, you can search for a specific code using keywords that best categorize a service or product included in the invoice. For example, for coffee, you would search for the term "coffee," and the search would return the code "50201706," which you can then include in your invoice.
