Regular training is widely used to support bladder control, postpartum recovery, core stability, and sexual wellness. HOW IT WORKS Each session combines two complementary exercise patterns: • Slow contractions — sustained holds that build endurance • Fast contractions — rapid pulses that train reflex response A large timer and optional audio cues let you close your eyes and focus fully on the exercise. Choose from five guided difficulty levels — Beginner to Expert — or build a custom workout with full control over reps, hold duration, and rounds. FREE AND PRO Every feature is free to use, including all five guided levels and the custom workout builder. The free plan covers 3 workouts per calendar week. Pelvio Pro removes the weekly limit so you can train as often as you like. That is the only thing it unlocks. • Pelvio Pro Monthly — $0.99 per month • Pelvio Pro Annual — $7.99 per year Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
