You deserve a safer route. PedalWay is a navigation app made for cyclists in the city. Unlike the bike mode of common maps — which often sends you onto a busy avenue even when there's a bike path nearby — PedalWay prioritizes the bike path when it exists, and shows on the map, with colors, what is a protected section and what is a street. How it works • Type where you're going — search with autocomplete. • The route engine (based on OpenStreetMap data) plots the path, prioritizing the bike path. • The route appears in two colors: green is bike path, orange is street/avenue. You see the difference before you start. Features • Two routes, you choose: "Safer" (detours to ride more on the bike path) or "Faster". • Turn-by-turn navigation with voice in Portuguese — and recalculates if you leave the route. • View bike paths: tap a button and see the entire city's cycling network on the map. • Works in any city in Brazil — no map download required. True privacy No account. No ads. No tracking. No data sales. Your location is only used to plan the route, and the bike path cache is stored on your device. That's it. Made by cyclists, for cyclists.
