Store description excerpt
PedalPing is the simplest way to tell your cycling friends you're heading out for a ride. Tap once, either in the app or from a widget on your home screen, and everyone you ride with gets a notification that you're going out. That's the whole idea. No feed to scroll, nothing to like, and no ads. Some rides are spontaneous and some you plan days ahead. Either way your friends find out with a single tap, and if someone is already out you can ask to ride along and set off together. What you can do with PedalPing: • Tell your friends you're riding with one tap, from the app or the home-screen widget. • Plan a ride for later and choose which friends to bring along. • See who's out right now and join their ride. • Keep a simple history of your rides and who came with you. • Add friends with a short code or a QR scan. No phone numbers, and both people confirm. • Add a duration or a destination when it matters, or just send a plain "going for a ride." PedalPing is built to stay quiet and private. A short cooldown keeps notifications from piling up, your circle stays between you and the friends you choose, and nothing you do here is public. It never tracks your location, never shows ads, and never sends your data to third-party analytics. Whenever you want, you can delete your account and everything tied to it right from your profile. Free, and made for anyone who rides with friends, from road and gravel to mountain, e-bike, and the everyday commute.
