PedalPace is a manual training log for cyclists. Log a ride in seconds, and PedalPace turns distance, time, and effort into the numbers that actually guide your training: session load, weekly load, power zones, and a clean season summary. What you can do: - Log rides with distance, time, perceived effort, climbing, and optional average power. - See your weekly training load and an acute-to-chronic workload ratio, the safe-ramp signal that flags when you are building base or spiking too fast. - Track FTP tests over the season and read your seven power zones in watts, computed from your latest FTP. - Keep a route library with distance, climbing, surface, and difficulty. - Watch a per-bike odometer accrue from your rides and get chain, tire, and brake reminders before parts wear out. - Export a one-page season report as a PDF, plus ride and FTP CSV files, from the share sheet. - Turn on a weekly recap and an FTP retest reminder, all local, all private.
