PebbleXR is an augmented reality app for urban planners, architects, and real-estate developers who are seeking stakeholder input. Constituents see and comment on proposed changes in their actual locations and provide feedback that supports clearer, faster, and more transparent decisions. Use PebbleXR to: - Capture public input – Stakeholders can view 3D designs on-site on their mobile devices. They can also take a self-guided tour and vote or comment on the proposed changes and answer polls directly in the app. - Compare options clearly – Upload multiple design alternatives for your new building, park, plaza, streetscape, or transit facility, and track stakeholder preferences. - Reach broader audiences – Participation happens on residents’ phones on their own time, so you can catch passersby and non-traditional audiences. - Turn feedback into insight – Online dashboards show participation, votes, comments, demographics, stakeholder contact information, and trends your team can use to make decisions. How it works 1. Bring in your visuals – Upload project visuals/3D models or use the PebbleXR asset library. 2. Craft your survey – Use the built in question types to craft your survey. 3. Publish – Share the experience on your website, QR codes, newsletters, and on-site signage. 4. Engage and learn – Residents download the app then view your designs, vote, and comment within the app on their own time. 5. Make recommendations - Review the results and make informed design decisions. Included question types Thumbs up/down, multiple choice, slider bar, short text, long text, and demographics. Through the app you can also offer incentives to increase participation through custom-generated codes and prizes.
