PDF Reader & Editor Offline is a practical Android app for reading and annotating PDF documents without creating an account. Open and read PDFs • Open PDF files from your device, email, or another app • Search document text and jump directly to a page • Zoom and scroll through documents comfortably • Reopen recent files and mark important documents as favorites • Print or share a PDF when you choose Annotate documents • Highlight, underline, or strike through text • Draw freehand annotations • Add notes to PDF pages • Fill supported interactive PDF form fields • Keep unfinished work protected with local recovery drafts Save with confidence Edits are saved as a new validated PDF copy by default, so the original file remains unchanged. The app warns about unsaved changes and can recover an unfinished editing session. Private by design PDF documents are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to a Nordic Codeworks or MSP Trading OÜ cloud service. No account is required. Your files are only sent elsewhere when you explicitly save, print, or share them using Android. The app is free to download and supported by advertising. Ads are not intended to receive the contents, file names, form values, annotations, passwords, or other information from your PDF documents. Some functions depend on the PDF format, permissions, and encryption. Damaged, restricted, XFA, or unsupported encrypted files may be read-only or unavailable.
