Payment Plan Board is a paid, local-first board for people who need a private way to organize manual payment plans and installment agreements. Create plans with a counterparty, original balance, installment amount, due day, buffer days, plan status, focus note, payment rows, proof notes, closeout tasks, and exportable packet text. The app calculates paid total, remaining balance, next due week, open payment count, completion, proof readiness, and a 12-week payment schedule so you can keep agreed rows and supporting notes together. Use it for equipment installments, vendor balances, deposits, family reimbursements, service balances, or any manually agreed payment schedule where the record matters. The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not connect to bank accounts, cards, credit bureaus, lenders, merchants, email, calendars, cloud drives, accounting systems, AI providers, payment apps, or external finance services. It does not move money, monitor accounts, provide debt, tax, legal, banking, investment, or financial advice, calculate interest recommendations, negotiate payments, send reminders, contact counterparties, or guarantee outcomes.
