PawDoc will never tell you your pet is fine. It tells you what to watch for and when to act. When there isn't enough information to say, it says that instead of guessing. EMERGENCY HELP, FREE AND OFFLINE A red button on every screen. It works with no signal and no account: five step-by-step first-aid guides (choking, heavy bleeding, seizure, a swollen hard belly, overheating), one tap to find a nearby emergency vet in your maps app, and tap-to-dial poison control. Emergency help is free on every plan, is never counted against any allowance, and is never behind a payment screen. ABOUT YOUR DATA Your account, your pets and your records are stored on our servers, tied to your account and sent over an encrypted connection. Photos you attach to a check are uploaded so they can be looked at — location and camera metadata are stripped from them on your phone first.
