You put to sea with a sloop, fifteen hands and no plan. Pavillon Noir is a naval roguelite played in short runs. Every voyage draws a fresh archipelago: raiders, coast guards, islands to land on, and encounters whose outcome depends on what you choose. A REPRODUCIBLE SEA Every run has a seed. The same seed gives exactly the same archipelago, the same enemies, the same events. Replay a voyage that ended badly, or hand your seed to someone else. A SHIP THAT GROWS The starting sloop is refitted into a brigantine, then a frigate. Each refit changes the hull, the number of gun ports and how the ship takes damage. Upgrades stack instead of repeating. DUELS AGAINST REAL CAPTAINS In contested waters you meet another player's ship exactly as they left it. Sinking it earns you a share of their gold and drops their Elo. Losing costs you the same. ASKING FOR NOTHING No ads, no in-app purchases, no account to create. The game connects to nothing: your saves stay on your phone.
