"Honey, buy us a milk, some juice, 4 apples, pasta, bolognese sauce. Maybe bread and 6 eggs." Sounds familiar? What happens next? You need to go through the shop and try to get all things from the list. Did you already take eggs? Yeah. Ok, so now what... Apples. Ok, so fruits & vegetables aisle. Oh, but pasta was on the way there! This is normal life. We live on the go, we write some messages online and then either spend additional time to make it prettier, or we go around the store with uncomfortable feeling - did I get everything? With PasteList we want to make it easier. Just copy paste the message and let AI parse it to the specific products. We would then make it tickable and divide into categories. It works with any text: message from the chat, recipe, transcribed voice note, voice input with your mobile keyboard. Anything that cannot be recognized will be added into a separate "Not recognized" section. So nothing will disappear. Same goes with tasks to be done. Get flowers for your partner, go to the parent-teacher meeting, take out the trash. Write on the go, combine all the things and see how it's properly grouped and just there, easy to tick when done. Being honest about limits: since the app is free you can do up to 40 parses per day. Being honest about privacy: for parsing text is sent to Anthropic Claude, but only if you allow. You can still manually add items and use the app if you don't want this path (though you would miss the best of it). No ads, no tracking, no accounts.
