START WITH THE TABLE YOU ALREADY HAVE • Tap Paste to import a Markdown or plain-text table from an AI assistant. • Or choose an offline MD, TXT, CSV, TSV, JSON, or HTML file from Files. • PasteLabel reads the source on your iPhone. It does not monitor your clipboard or upload your documents. REVIEW BEFORE YOU PRINT • Compare a structured preview with the untouched raw source. • See parsing issues instead of losing data silently. • Apply only the visible repairs you confirm. MAP DATA TO REAL LABELS • Assign source columns to primary text, secondary text, details, Code 128 barcode, quantity, notes, or ignore. • Expand quantity values into the required number of labels. • Keep unused source fields visible while you prepare the job. CHOOSE A PRACTICAL FORMAT • US Letter 30-up sheets: 1 × 2⅝ in labels. • A4 21-up sheets: 63.5 × 38.1 mm labels. • 89 × 28 mm roll labels. • Inventory, retail product, and address templates designed for clear, code-safe output. CALIBRATE, EXPORT, AND PRINT • Adjust horizontal offset, vertical offset, and scale before export. • Generate PDFs with exact page and label geometry. • Create PNG previews for quick sharing. • Send output to another app or a printer through the standard iOS share and print sheets. PRIVATE BY DESIGN PasteLabel has no account, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud upload, subscription, or third-party SDK. Clipboard text is accessed only when you tap Paste, and files are read only after you choose them. Your source data is processed on your device. Note: Code 128 export accepts compatible ASCII barcode values. PNG files are shareable previews; use PDF for physical-size sheet printing and confirm printer scaling before using label stock.
