Parktec is the gate check-in app for our event car park team. Point it at a vehicle's number plate and it instantly tells the steward whether the car is booked in, already inside, or has not paid. Built for live events - On-device number-plate reading. The camera reads UK plates on the device itself, so it is fast and works even with no signal once the day's bookings are loaded. - Clear verdicts. Every car shows a simple result: PAID, ALREADY IN, WRONG DATE, FULL, or NO PAY, with the car's make, model and colour and the car park it belongs to. - Recent cars panel. The last five reads stay on screen so nothing disappears before the steward looks back. - Search. Type any part of a plate to find a booking in a second. - Works offline. Check-ins, the audit log and admissions are queued on the device and sync automatically when back online. Set up for the day - Sign in with a personal PIN, confirm you are at the right car park, then pick the event you are working on. - Roles control what each person sees, from gate-only stewards up to full admin. A complete record - Every check is logged with the method used, the result and the time. - Bookings, capacity and live checked-in counts are visible to managers. Parktec is a private tool for our stewarding teams, provided by Parktec, from Event Support Team Ltd and Big Parking. It is not intended for the general public.
