MOVEMENT & EXERCISES • Daily exercise goal with balance, BIG, and strength blocks, metronome, and timers. • Voice and speech exercises (LSVT LOUD, speech therapy), meditation, and finger tapping. • Steps via Health Connect (local tracking only on the device). SYMPTOMS & DAILY FORM • Quick daily check-in (mood, rigidity, tremor, freezing) and symptom diary. • ON/OFF phases and effects throughout the day. • Daily score and trend — stay motivated with streak and level. FOR YOUR DOCTOR • Share your doctor's code: Your neurologist only sees what you choose to share (e.g., medication intake, check-in, meals) — and can send you a medication plan. • Share or save your doctor's report as a PDF.
