If you have an agreement for electric car charging, you can also start the charger via the app. The app requires you to park in a connected facility. If you are looking for a garage space, you can contact your landlord or a local parking operator. The application uses new energy-efficient bluetooth smart to open your garage door. Please have bluetooth enabled when using the app. Bluetooth smart gives minimal impact on your phone's battery life.
