Keep your emails coming and together we will make this app better and better! Window-cleaning work can leave customer details in one place, round notes in another and completed jobs waiting in a third. Pane Planner keeps the day-to-day job connected. See what is due, record what happened and keep clear records for the next visit on iPhone and iPad. Know where the day stands The Today page brings due, overdue and upcoming customers into view. Open a customer's file to check the address, contact details, access notes, service notes, tags and visit history before you start. Use filters to focus the list on the work that matters to you now. Keep rounds practical Group customers into rounds, arrange their order and check which addresses need attention. Open a customer, the first stop or available customers are viewable in Apple Maps when you choose to use route tools. Keep the record with the work Record a visit as completed, skipped, deferred or partial, add notes and review the next due date. Visit updates are saved as a draft to help you return to an unfinished visit should you get distracted. Pane Planner Pro allows you to add proof photos that stay attached to the visit record giving your customers more confidence in the job being done. Handle admin from the same app Import your existing customer details from a spreadsheet saved as a CSV. We provide a downloadable template in the app or you can import your existing records, map the columns and review the proposed result. Pane Planner will scan the file and then let you know if there are any issues and suggest a way to fix them before importing. With the optional sync feature you can sync your customers and rounds to any iPhone and iPad with the same Apple Account. This allows you to plan on an iPad and complete it on your iPhone. Plan on a bigger screen when it suits you Pane Planner for Mac gives you more room to plan rounds, review customer and visit records, import customer CSV files and prepare PDFs with a mouse and keyboard. Optional private iCloud sync keeps supported customer, round and visit records connected when you use the same Apple Account and turn on sync on each device. One Pane Planner Pro subscription covers Mac, iPhone and iPad. All three apps are included in the cost—there are no separate subscriptions needed.
