The Pam Francilien service is a specialized and collective on-demand public road transport service which aims to facilitate travel in Ile-de-France for people with reduced mobility, disabilities or dependents. It was created to provide passenger transport when the public transport network is not accessible. When can Pam Francilien transport be used? The Pam Francilien service is available every day from 6 a.m. to midnight and until 12:30 a.m. (12:30 a.m.) on Friday and Saturday Where can we go with Pam Francilien? Transport is done throughout the Ile-de-France. The Pam Francilien service provides transport between 2 places located on the public highway. How to contact the Pam service? pam.iledefrance-mobilites.fr, “Contact us” section contact@pam.iledefrance-mobilites.fr 0 800 00 18 18 (service & free call) Every day, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and from 5:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. for assistance during a journey How do I register for the Pam Francilien Service? Registration is compulsory and free. To register online, go to the pam.iledefrance-mobilites.fr website in the “Register” section, complete the registration form and add the required supporting documents. The registration file is registered within 7 days and a confirmation is sent by email. It is also possible to register by mail. How do I book an occasional trip? Occasional journeys can be booked via the app, on the website or at the Service Center. The reservation can be made at the earliest 30 days before transport and at the latest up to 2 hours before departure.
