Painting Contractor Estimating & Billing Tool is a complete estimating, quotation and bid app for all types of painting & decorating contractors. It can also be used by homeowners to estimate the paint material needed for a project. Based on building and room dimensions the app automatically calculates the material required and calculates labor costs based on four different methods. Industry standard labor estimating methods are available including: flat rate, hourly or bids based on floor square footage or surface/wall area. An unlimited number of lines are available for each estimate are used for different area or labor tasks. Each line can store freeform notes or images. Completed estimates are viewed on the screen and may be either emailed or printed for your customer. Automatically Calculate Material Needed. Calculate Labor Using Four Different Methods. Convert Estimates to Invoices. Completed job may be automatically invoiced with the included billing system which includes full reporting capabilities Highlights: Signature Capture of approved Estimates with an update of Status. Invoices and Estimates may be copied for editing and reuse with other clients. Labor, Parts & Supplies are maintained in the app with detailed multi-line descriptions, costs, price and units of measure & on hand quantities. These can be added on-the-fly or maintained from your stored items. Invoices are automatically created from your Estimates and support multiple payment methods. Maintain PAID and OPEN status of your invoices. Multiple sales tax rate setup is included. Your logo, detailed terms and conditions and other messages are automatically displayed. Contact Management - Store notes and track other communications with your clients and have the in app ability to call, text, email or map without leaving your app. Images from both the Camera and Album apps may be used for logo's and saved with your orders. Financial Information - Is instantly available for any client, job or timeframe with just a few taps. Information may be viewed on screen or downloaded for further analysis with any spreadsheet. Help and Support - Extensive help library available by topic as well as how to videos. Email, text and phone support are also available to help with any questions or issues.
