Store description excerpt

The diary that stays out of your way. A tap on the scale from 0 to 10 — that’s all the app asks. If you like, mark that the entry was made while on pain medication. That’s it. Every step has its own synth note — soft at 0, distorted at 10. Hold to let it ring, drag sideways to bend the pitch. You’ll probably play it longer than you need to. Prefer quiet? Turn the sound off in Settings. Your entries turn into a trend: average, peak, pain-free days and how your ratings spread across the scale — for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or a year. Show your doc: the period you pick becomes a report with daily values and peaks — a PDF you simply show at the next appointment instead of trying to remember. Home and Lock Screen widgets show your latest value; on the Home Screen they also show the past few days at a glance. Log straight from the Home Screen: tap a number, then tap it again within 30 seconds — nothing lands in your diary by accident. On Apple Watch, tap the value on your wrist, see today and the last 7 days, and swipe to remove an entry. Watch and iPhone keep each other up to date. Dark Mode, English and German, a short introduction on first launch. Everything stays on your devices: no account, no servers, no tracking, no ads. Delete individual entries or everything at once. PAIN is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment and does not replace professional medical advice. It only documents your own self-assessment.
