Store description excerpt
An app that lets you answer "So how have you been?" in the exam room. ■ Ten seconds per entry Tap a number from 0 to 10 and you are done. If it moved during the day, write it as a range such as 2-6. Sites, qualities and medication are optional. You are never asked to write an essay. ■ One page to hand over Your entries become a single A4 page: average and worst for the period, the sites that came up most, how much relief each medication gave, and the day-by-day shape of it. Print it or send it as it is. Building that page costs nothing extra and is never placed behind an ad. ■ Calendar and trend The calendar colours the days you hurt; the trend shows weeks and months at a glance. It is built to stay fast as entries pile up. ■ Reminders Set several times a day - morning, noon and night if that is how you record. You also get a reminder two days before an appointment, which is when the report is worth preparing. ■ Family profiles Keep records for more than one person on the same phone — for parents and carers who log for someone else. The calendar, the trend and the report are separate for each person, and the report says whose it is. ■ Air pressure, recorded with it On devices with a barometer, the air pressure at the moment of the entry is stored alongside it. No location is used. We make no claim about pressure and pain: the value is simply kept, and the reading of it belongs in the exam room. ■ Records stay on your device No account, no sign-in. Entries are stored on the device and never sent to a server. Before changing phones you can export a backup file yourself. ■ What this app does not do This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The records and the report are reference material and cannot replace clinical judgement. Twelve languages, switchable inside the app at any time.
