No account, no adverts, no limit on how many you send. FREE MEANS FREE Unlimited invoices. No trial that runs out after three, no monthly fee, no advert between you and your work. Everything in this list is included. BUILT FOR THE UK Paid knows what a British invoice needs. Unique sequential numbering, the supply date, VAT shown per rate, the company number a limited company must display. It checks your invoice before you send it and tells you, in plain English, what is missing. VAT ONLY IF YOU HAVE IT Most sole traders are not VAT registered. Answer No once and VAT never appears again — not on the screen, not on the paper — and every invoice says "not VAT registered", so your customer does not think you forgot it. Answer Yes and you get the full VAT invoice: 20%, 5%, zero rate, exempt and outside scope, each shown separately the way HMRC asks. CARRIES ON YOUR NUMBERING Coming from another app or a spreadsheet? Tell Paid the number your next invoice should have and the series continues from there. Your books stay unbroken. SOLE TRADER OR LIMITED COMPANY Switch between them and the form changes with you: trading name for a sole trader, registered company number for a limited company — which Paid refuses to leave out, because the law does not allow it. THREE DESIGNS, YOUR COLOUR Simple, Classic or Bold, in the accent colour you pick. Preview a real sample before you choose. All three carry everything the law requires — only the layout changes. THE EXTRAS, ONLY WHEN YOU NEED THEM Discount per line, deposits and part payments, payment method. Hidden until you ask for them, so the everyday invoice stays a thirty-second job. The discount column does not even print if you never use it. KEEPS TRACK OF WHAT YOU ARE OWED See your outstanding total at a glance, which invoices are overdue, and mark one paid when the money lands. Deposits are deducted, so the number you see is the money still to come. YOUR CUSTOMERS, SAVED Invoice someone once and they are saved.
