You see the stakes up front — how much your rating moves if you win or lose — and agree before you play. No more lopsided games or "who's a 4th?" group chats. After a game, both teams confirm the score and your rating updates. A hidden skill rating keeps matches fair; a simple tier and number show how you're doing and climb as you win.
