Packing Record helps online sellers keep a clear, order-linked record of what they shipped — so when a buyer claims damage, a missing item, or an empty box, you have an organized set of proof-of-packing photos instead of a messy camera roll. Instead of taking scattered photos, you create a record tied to an order number and follow guided steps: item condition, contents, inside the package, the sealed parcel, the shipping label, and optional package weight. Each record becomes a searchable timeline you can export as a structured PDF (with a per-file integrity check) to share with a marketplace, carrier, or buyer if a dispute happens.
