Store description excerpt

Any two numbers, and the rest solves itself. Enter a distance and a goal time and you get the pace. Enter a pace and a distance and you get the finish time. Distance, time, pace and speed — give it any two and the other two fill in, in kilometres or miles. THEN IT HANDS YOU SOMETHING Most pace calculators show you a number and stop there. This one builds a race plan card: your goal, your pace, and a split table for every segment — laid out so you can send it to a training partner or keep it on your phone for race morning. WHAT'S INSIDE • Four-way solver: distance, time, pace, speed • 20 race distances from 400 m to 100K, each with a note on what it asks of you • Split tables in kilometres, miles, or track laps • Even, negative, positive and fast-finish pacing strategies • Equivalent times across distances, so a 10K result suggests a half marathon target HOW IT'S BUILT Distances are kept in metres and times in seconds. Everything else is derived from those two and rounded only when it is shown to you, so the numbers stay consistent between the solver, the splits and the card. • No account. Nothing to sign up for. • No paywall and no subscription. Every feature is free. • No data collected. Your saved plans never leave this iPhone. • Works completely offline, including in airplane mode on the start line. Equivalent times come from a standard endurance model (Riegel, 1977). They are estimates, not predictions. This app is a calculator and planning tool — it is not coaching, training prescription, or medical advice.
