CUSTOMER • Browse all products without membership • Filter by category, search for products • Add to cart, change quantities as you wish • Enter your delivery address and complete the order • Pay securely with 3D Secure credit card • Check your order with your order number and phone number • If you become a member, your addresses and order history will remain saved DEALER • View your current account and balance • Catalog with dealer prices exclusive to you • Create a cart, place an order • Review your account statement • Follow announcements and notifications • Apply to become an Özkar dealer through the application PERSONNEL • Stock visibility with warehouse dashboard • Stock entry with barcode (device reader, phone camera or manually) • Material entry, order preparation and shipment • Approve or cancel pending orders • Manage support requests SECURE PAYMENT Your card information is not stored in the application or on our server; it is transmitted directly to the bank's 3D Secure system. All data traffic is encrypted. NOTE The Dealer and Staff sections are for authorized users only and require login. The Customer section can be used without membership.
