Keep your allergies, medications, diagnoses, blood type, immunizations, and family history in one place, in your own words, so you can answer a nurse's questions without calling home. Prepare for a real appointment The Appointment Coach walks you through describing what is going on, one question at a time, then turns it into a one page summary you can bring with you: your story, your medications, the questions you want to ask, and the things you do not want to forget. Carry an allergy card A large print card you can hand to a restaurant server, translated into 15 languages, showing only your food allergies and dining preferences. Level up Five levels take you from knowing your own history to leading your own appointment. Earn XP, keep a streak, and unlock badges with short knowledge checks built from your own health information. BUILT WITH SAFETY FIRST OwnUp never diagnoses you, never recommends treatment, and never tells you what to take or how much. It teaches you how to describe what you feel and how to ask better questions. Crisis resources, including 988 and the Crisis Text Line, are included. YOUR PRIVACY No ads. No selling your data. No third party trackers. Your health information is encrypted, is visible only to you, and can be deleted from inside the app at any time, along with your entire account. Made for ages 13 and up.
