OwnCycle is a menstrual cycle journal that runs entirely on your phone. No account, no ads — and no internet permission at all: your data cannot leave your device, because the app literally cannot connect. **Predictions built for real cycles** Not every cycle is textbook, and OwnCycle is designed around that: • Cycle length is computed with medians, so one odd cycle won't throw your predictions off. • If your cycle is irregular, the app says so clearly and shows an uncertainty margin next to every prediction — instead of faking precision that isn't there. • If you log your ovulations, it learns your actual luteal phase and fits the fertile window to your body, not to the textbook "day 14". **Effortless daily logging** Record bleeding, symptoms and mood in seconds. The calendar shows phases, fertile window and upcoming periods at a glance, and over time it surfaces your personal patterns. **Discreet reminders** Upcoming-period and fertile-window alerts show only a generic message on your lock screen. What they actually say stays for your eyes only. **Your data, actually yours** • Everything is stored on your phone only. • Password-protected, encrypted export (AES) for backups or moving to a new phone. • Share with your partner on your terms: you choose what, when and how. • No analytics, no trackers, no "data partners".
