There are codes hidden all around you, some in plain sight, many waiting to be discovered. Your goal is to find these codes, scan them, and uncover their secrets. With each code scanned, you gain points and unlock new items. Or, you can design and print your own, hiding them for others to find, earning more points with each scan. Overscan is part game, part social media. It ties the online world with the physical through QR Codes. Each containing pictures, conversations, and stories from real people: neighbours, friends, and passers-by. You have a chance to join in and watch the game unfold around you. Will you play? Features - Create an avatar and customise them with new gear and accessories. - Dive in by using the map to find nearby codes. - Earn points, unlock items, and view codes with the scanner. - Put your points to use by buying new gear and powerups. - Interact with players by leaving messages on their codes. - Let out your creativity and create posts with pictures and stories, printing them as codes from within the app. - Team up with friends through group power-ups.
