Outlier is a collaborative map created to help residents and visitors of Mongaguá register, locate, and track urban incidents. With Outlier, you can: • view incidents on the map; • register a problem at a specific point or on a street section; • adjust the location using GPS or directly on the map; • add category, address, reference, and description; • filter the displayed incidents; • confirm information published by the community; • indicate when a problem has been resolved; • report inappropriate content for analysis. Access can be anonymous, without providing a name, email, or password. To publish an incident, carefully review the location and information before completing. The information presented on the map is provided collaboratively by users and may be subject to change. Outlier does not replace official service channels or emergency services. The map's operation and the submission of records require an internet connection. GPS use is optional and depends on user permission. Outlier is an independent initiative and does not represent the Municipality of Mongaguá or any other public body.
