OrthoGait JR supports standardized longitudinal documentation after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and total hip arthroplasty (THA). Use clinician-guided capture or an optional patient-operated workflow selected by the treating pathway. Patient mode provides offline illustrated and silent-video instructions, fixed-phone whole-body framing, a spoken countdown, simultaneous silent low-resolution evidence recording and on-device 33-landmark body recognition, task-aware stopping, technical-quality review, symptom review, replay, deletion, and explicit export. Focused TKA and THA reports bring together walking, cadence, temporal/spatial asymmetry, operated-side movement estimates, trunk/pelvic compensation, and sit-to-stand performance. Compare the same patient over time with a comparable camera, task, aid, assistance, footwear, environment, and pose engine, and review retained video/pose evidence when a value is unexpected. Key functions: • standardized TKA and THA recovery pathways; • clinician-guided and patient-operated acquisition; • camera-estimated gait velocity, cadence, and asymmetry; • clinician-timed direct 10-m speed only with measured course and timing confirmation; • operated-side knee or hip movement estimates; • trunk and pelvic compensation estimates; • five-times or controlled sit-to-stand workflows; • ten offline patient training stages; • silent per-attempt evidence video and synchronized pose trajectory; • quality and symptom gates, retake, skip, and Stop now; • local replay, deletion, PDF, eligible CSV, and explicit complete-case ZIP export; • compatible-baseline longitudinal review; • advanced/research measurement catalog for trained users. Privacy and evidence: Clinical records and retained evidence remain in app-private storage and are not uploaded automatically. The app does not request microphone permission and does not record audio. Export is initiated explicitly by an authorized user. The complete-case ZIP is portable but not encrypted by the app. Clinical boundary: OrthoGait JR provides external movement estimates and documentation support.
