You're not alone: Doctors, therapists, and other people with ADHD are there to support you in the app. This is what ORIKO® – the digital ADHD therapy program for adults – offers: • Scientifically based therapy modules from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and skills training • Over 40 psychoeducational units and practical exercises for everyday life • Digital worksheets, reminders, medication management, and a personal therapy diary The app was developed in collaboration with experts from leading university hospitals and people with ADHD. Its effectiveness has been scientifically tested. ORIKO® is listed as a DiGA (Digital Health Application) in Germany and is therefore reimbursable. This means that adults with an ADHD diagnosis can have the costs reimbursed by all statutory health insurance companies and most private health insurance companies. Data Security Information ORIKO® is approved as a Digital Health Application (DiGA) and meets all legal requirements for data protection and data security. Access is via an individual DiGA code, which is valid for 90 days. Please keep your code and password safe in case you need them for re-entry.
