Folding one piece at a time, layering worlds upon worlds. "ORI" is a new thinking puzzle that involves folding washi paper. Fold the colorful lights scattered on the paper and meet them into "rings" of the same color—that's all there is to it. But it's surprisingly deep. ■ How to Play: Trace your finger in the direction you want to fold. The paper becomes semi-transparent, allowing the colors underneath to show through. Gather lights of the same color into rings of the same color, and a flower will bloom, clearing the level. Aim for the shortest number of moves (PAR). ■ But Don't Let Your Guard Down Overlapping lights of different colors in the same square results in "muddiness"—it can never be separated again, leading to a checkmate. Folding lights into "holes" in the paper also results in a checkmate. Each move involves a quiet tension of having to think ahead. ■ Plenty of Fun • The Path…100 stages that gradually deepen • Today's Problem…One problem each day; the more you continue, the longer your consecutive days increase • Infinite…An endless loop that goes on forever • Origami Encyclopedia…With each fold, more creatures like cranes, helmets, and butterflies are added • Paper Collection…Unlock washi paper themes like indigo, cherry blossom, and gold as your skill level increases • Gaze…A relaxing time simply watching the washi paper being folded automatically ■ Beautiful and Quiet Washi paper, ink, and vermilion accents.
