Orfeo Autónomo is the VeriFactu invoicing app for freelancers. You issue the invoice from your mobile phone, and the app does the rest: it generates the invoice record with its unique identifier, draws the QR code, and sends it to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT). It's VERI*FACTU (VeriFactu) compliant from the very first invoice. And your invoices remain yours: they're stored on your phone, not on our servers, and you can access them whenever you want with a complete copy of invoices, clients, expenses, and records sent to the Tax Agency. If you ever decide to leave, you can take everything with you. HOW VERIFACTU INVOICING WORKS You enter the client, the description, and the amount. From there, the app does everything else: it assigns the sequential number, calculates the VAT, generates the invoice record with its unique identifier, draws the QR code, and sends it to the Spanish Tax Agency. You save on manual work and avoid the numbering or VAT errors that can occur when doing it by hand. It also works offline: you can invoice in a basement or in the middle of nowhere, and the app will send it as soon as the signal returns. NO ACCOUNTS AND NO SERVERS No need to register. There's no username or password to remember. Your invoices don't go through any of our servers: they go directly from your phone to the Tax Agency, signed with your digital certificate. We don't see them. DESIGNED TO COMPLY WITH VERIFACTU - Sequential numbering, without gaps or repetitions. - Linked fingerprint sequence: proof that your invoices haven't been tampered with. - VeriFactu QR code on each invoice, so your client can verify it with the Tax Agency. - Corrective and credit notes, with their correct code. - Cancellation of invoices that should never have been issued. - Check with the Tax Agency to see which of your invoices they have registered, to clear up any doubts if you change your mobile phone. WHAT YOU NEED To send your invoices to the Tax Agency, you need your digital certificate, the same one you use on the electronic portal. If you don't have one yet, you can still log in: prepare your clients, your quotes, and see the entire application. You add the certificate when you get it: it's free at the FNMT (Spanish National Mint) with an electronic ID card, or €2.99 via video call. ALSO INCLUDES - Quotes that become invoices with a single tap. - Expenses, with receipt scanning via camera and offline access. - Quarterly summary with estimated VAT and VAT deductions at a glance, so you don't get any surprises when filing your tax return. - Verification that the fingerprint chain is still complete, whenever you want to check it yourself. - Exportable backup at any time, not just when you unsubscribe.
