When your practice starts, the choices fall away and the orb stays with you. Breathe with calm visual and tactile guidance. Create custom patterns and add optional Breath Wave audio, gentle haptics, or bells. Choose a Path that brings together a breath rhythm, sound field, and bells, or turn a favorite rhythm into your own Path. Shape the space with ocean, rain, forest, waves, Solfeggio tones, or silence. Set a meditation timer with interval and ending bells. For the edge of the day, Sleep offers a darker, quieter experience with control over duration and screen behavior. Make the orb your own by adjusting its light, form, texture, movement, and atmosphere. Journey keeps a private record of your practice rhythm, the Paths you return to, and the reflections you choose to add.
