Opt2In turns your own Instagram data export into a clear, honest report: who is tracking you, how many companies are in the picture, and what your attention is worth to advertisers. Instagram builds a profile of you from everything you tap, watch, and scroll past. Opt2In reads the export Instagram gives you and lays it out plainly — the advertisers holding your data, the topics they think define you, the ads that have targeted you, and the sheer number of companies dealing in your attention. Your data stays yours. The report is built entirely on your device, and your raw export is never uploaded and never leaves your phone. An account is optional: tap "Skip for now" on the first screen and the whole report is yours. Sign in and the reports you run save automatically, so you can reopen them on another device. You can delete your account, and everything in it, inside the app. To run a report, request your export from Instagram (Settings, then Accounts Center, then Your information and permissions, then Download your information). Choose the JSON format. When the file arrives, open Opt2In, tap "Choose your export ZIP", and pick it from your files. Opt2In is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads. Opt2In is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
