Guards, supervisors, and managers work from one place—scheduling, attendance, letters, and announcements—without spreadsheets and phone trees. Accounts are created by your organization. There is no public sign-up. WHY OPSARMOURS • On-site clock in and clock out with geofence verification • Weekly availability and shift visibility for the field • Replacement (coverage) shifts when someone is out • Schedules with supervisor build and manager approval • Employment letter requests, review, e-sign, and PDF release • Company and site announcements with read receipts • Offline-ready mobile use with sync when you reconnect • Role-based access for guards, supervisors, and managers FOR GUARDS Clock in and out at assigned sites, submit availability, view shifts and open replacement shifts, request employment letters, and stay informed with announcements. FOR SUPERVISORS Monitor site clock activity, build and submit weekly schedules, create replacement openings, review letter requests, and publish site-level announcements. FOR MANAGERS Approve schedules and replacement shifts, e-sign and release employment letters, manage sites and geofences, enroll and manage employees, publish organization-wide announcements, and run operational reports. BUILT FOR COMPLIANCE-MINDED TEAMS Location is captured only when you clock in or out at a geofenced site (or when a manager pins a site)—not continuous tracking.
